This service is dedicated to a shared space for us to work through some of the processes that are abstract and necessary. We go through ACT, mindfulness and clarity, and contemplation through journaling.

Couples Therapy
The main focus of this service is finding functionality in the conscious choice to be in an intimate relationship. This is clarifying roles, boundaries, expressing needs, and recreating the depth of your connection
Media Services
Services are contracted for writing media, podcast participation, and content creation are intended to expand the understanding of psychological wellness and integrated perspectives.
Fees for Psychotherapy
The cost for service is a flat $250 per clinical hour
(intake, therapy, consulting other providers, or written material).
Services covered by insurance are: individual, group, and couples therapy. Please consult with your insurance for coverage prior to starting therapy, or click on your carrier for details or contact information. Services through Aetna and Optum and available affiliates are managed by HelloAlma.
Fees for Professional Services
The cost for service is a flat $250 per professional hour, but project negotiation is available for consultation programs, coaching packages, presentations, or authorship.
